Special Notes: SACI is recognized as one of the leading overseas institutions in the areas of studio art, art history, art conservation, design, and Italian language and culture.  Over the course of a year, students in SACI classes visit Rome, Milan, Lucca, Arezzo, Bologna, Carrara, Assisi, Pisa, Siena, San Gimignano, Faenza, Urbino and Pietrasanta as well as the major museums, churches and monuments in Florence, Tuscany, and the surrounding area.

Studio Arts Centers International (SACI) was founded in 1975 as a US non-profit 501(c)3 educational institution for undergraduate and graduate university level students seeking fully accredited studio art, design, and liberal arts instruction.

Additional Costs and Fees including travel, visas, medical insurance, single occupancy supplemental housing fees, housing deposits, books and supplies are not included in the prices listed.

Scholarships: A number of scholarship opportunities are availalble for SACI applicants.  One full scholarship and a large number of partial scholarships are offered annually.  SACI scholarships are only available for students attending the Fall or Spring terms.
